first get a photobucket.com account, upload them there and put them online between the [img]name of photo[/img] tags 
or go to www.imageshack.us, upload them from your pc, copy the filename and paste onto your posting

you learning to get the hang of it is half the fun 
well for us anyway 
just do a sample and send it to the photos
thread if it dont work you have 10 mins to edit it 1 think
just copy and paste the bottom link of the photobucket pic theres 3
into your thread its the img one ya want
