Default Engine Building/Engine Tech/Performance Tuning books.

Which do you recommend and have read?

I've seen the Guy Croft book but at £250 I just can't justify it at the minute.

Bought that Tom Monroe one which is mainly american but say principles with engine building. "Engine Builders Handbook"

What sort of you have people read and bought, liked or not liked etc?

Cheers.
