hay all just wonderd, the saph is sorn at the moment whats the earlist i can tax it for begining of next month,the missis was thinking of going down the post office tomorrow,
looking forward to it being back on the road,been well over a year now and after drive a 1.9 d pug around be nice to have some power under the foot

 

I cant be 100% sure but i think its within 2 weeks of the start of the month.

I get my renewal notice a month or 3 weeks before its due ~& you can ring up and tax it over the phone from the next month.

you can always try the directgov website & goto the car tax info page to be 100% sure.....

 

You should be able to tax it now ready for next month, just make sure you take the registration document with you if its SORN

 

Think its from the 15th of the month before.
Dont tax t online until the start date tho, as you will start from that month

 

i did this and the post office wouldnt tax it till it was 3 working days before the end of the month as they say you could use it b4 hand

If its sorned, 2-3 days before depending on the post office.
