do all manufactuers of disc and bells use the same mounting patterns?

will an ap disc fit a brembo, alcon, hi-spec bell

or what ever combo

no, they differ in the amount of bolt holes they have.

There are some set PCD and bolt number patterns, that most are made to, but there are many, even from the same maker, there's 3 main ones however.
