Anyone on here make or know who makes sticker number plates??
I specifically want them in retroreflective white and yellow with the correct number plate font lettering in black.
I know a few can easily knock me up white vynl but i dont want that.
I would prefer if they had the pre2001 spec lettering font but the latest one will do.
any ideas?

technically no.
you can make it identical to a BS standard plate except for the acryllic plastic sheet and it will be legal in every other characteristic but still wont be legal.
its because the BS standard also includes durability etc and a sticker plate is not as durable as one with plastic on it.
and because the number plate laws clearly state it has to be in accordance with the BS then because it doesnt comply its illegal.
copper would have to be really pedantic/bellend to actually give you a ticket for it.
Common sense would say that a road driver with a sticker plate would just have to replace it more commonly but the law is written for fucking spastics and there are plenty who would drive round with faded/missing numbers on such a plate.
who was the guy?? ![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
