Long story short. Been offered a J plate in red with 100k on it. Car has no tax or MOT, 2 owners from new and he wants rid.

As he is my new boss I dont wont to offend him as I fancy the car. It is a manual which I am led to believe is quite rare?

Whats it realistically worth?

Always liked this since I was a kid.

My mate just paid £11K for an auto, but he would have paid a bit more for a manual car.....

His is also 2 owner with 84K miles on, Mot and tax and it is very tidy....

i had the 928 GT and loved it, but found it boring, very fast and the GTS is even faster, they have the alloy bore engine like the jaguar v8 and so drink oil like its going out of fashion, so if you get it keep an eye on the oil, and they have to have distilled or deionised water in the cooling system to stop the alloy engine being eaten way, as for value, i would say 10k plus even with no tax or test depending on condition

Ask him how much he's wanting for it, you could be onto a nice little earner here if he doesn't realise its worth. Also, stick some pics up, I like these cars.

Not sure on the price tbh but the manuals are definetly rarer than the autos,this obviously can be a problem i anything goes wrong with the box though, parents had a Gts back in the day, awesome Not many engines you can feel through the pavement
