Default 3 door brake prob

Not sure what to do next with the brakes on my 3 door , its had all new pads and discs and calipers all round and the rear ones feel like there stuck on when driving , would adjusting the handbrake cure this . Plus the little warning light on the dash (pic of disc and pad) has started flashing . Ive also fitted goodridge brake hoses on the back but left the ford front ones on for now, would this make a difference?

Did you wind the rear caliper pistons back/in before fitting the rear pads?

Without the pads in, if you pump the pedal, do the pistons move?

Dont pump too hard!

If they are brand new pads some can be a bit "hairy", but should ease off within a few miles, I've found with some even with brand new calipers so not sticky with new discs and pads I couldn't turn the wheel, fortunately solved easy as I always take off the anti rattle shims off the rear of the pads!!

I cant quite remember when I did the rears on mine, but when you wound the pistons to the level you wanted was this with the handbrake loosened off or the cable disconnected ? Sure I did that, done the same as you,new discs pads and calipers and then adjust handbrake after.Try turning the wheel with the cable disconnected.

You maybe correct,I have a tendency too forget what I have done and I think my brain makes things up just to humour me
Did you not get a advice paper with the new calipers on fitting ?
My advice would be to slacken h/brake,disconnect off the caliper, wind the piston so you can spin the wheel freely but no massive gap from pad face to disc.Cable back on and adjust. If that dosnt work I have no idea
p.s I hope you get it sorted .
