will a seized viscous fan cause any problems to my xr4x4 2.8 i think it sounds great but dont want it to cause any probs.

 

Only to your wallet, ie uses more fuel, no doubt you've already discovered just how much power the viscous fan sucks!!
Had one jam on my pinto sierra, did sound nice, but took a serious hit on performance.

get rid of it and put twin fans on
