Default Help with pic re-sizing??

How the hell do you put a sig to 400 x 100 and stop it from stretching the car to look stupid????

Thats cool and i will soon, but i have psp 9 and really want to figure out how peolpe do it???

i also use PSP 9. im sure you have to lock the resize so it keeps the height and width in proportion, also make sure its set to resize pixels.

lock the resize
Usually called 'Constrain Proportions' but varies from package to package....probably a checkbox option on the resize image dialogue box.
