You can try AVO from Chassis Dynamics as they do uprated poundage, but normal height springs, or you can get genuine ones from Ford. They are around £80 plus postage, but you can get discount off that if you ask them nicely. Bayjoo ones are also available I believe. The AVO ones though are better than the Ford ones. I had new genuine Ford ones on my 4be and I took them off and fitted the AVO ones which dropped the front 2mm and the rear 29mm. The ride is softer than the OE, yet better and I still have not problems with speed humps, etc... I cannot comment on the other brands as I do not normally use them.
As for genuine Ford ones, the rears are a pair, the fronts are individual left and right due to weight differences. I can dig out the part numbers if you require them?

What he ^^ said, the Bayjoo (Leda) ones do lower the car though so I believe although nothing major, around 10MM IIRC.
Diden't know the 4x4 ones are available from Ford, I tried a little while ago getting standard springs but they don't do them for the 2WD![Sad](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
