Nah,machine mart ones have the springloaded plunger and like a mini hole cutter around the outside.
Otherwise try a cobalt spotweld drill but as said above slowly and perhaps some sort of coolant/rtd spray.
Ive used both and found the machine mart version far more effective.

i had a machine mart one when i done my old fez rear quarter and found it crap tbh, mate who works in vw bodyshop gave me one which looks like a normal drill bit but flat at the end with the point in the middle sticking out about the thickness of a skin of metal if that makes sense, great bit
