A yellow S2 with the full illusion kit on. 15" stelths yokos and a 1.9 engine messed about with by power engineering and van aaken. Was rapid but ugly as fuck.... Probably put about 6 gearboxes in it got fed up and sold it to some lad in Skegness.
Had some good times in that car and actually lived in it for about two months when I lost my job and house!
It was mag featured in September 98 or 99 fast car reg E895 ELK

Mine was a 1977 Datsun Cherry when I was 18.
It had doors so rotten you could reach down and touch the road, so when it rained i used to have to stuff carpets in there to keep the rain out.
That said, it was uber reliable and on the M6, downhill towards the tickled trout it could hit 81MPH!
On the way back it would do 73 up that hill, however, only on the proviso that you got a bloody good run up, like, FTTF from warrington with no interuption. LOL

mine was a vauxhall Chevette, 1256cc a gearbox that felt like a spoon in a bowl of soup, i remember colapsing all the rear wheel bearings because i kept doing hand brake turns, i got 100MPH out of it down the M2 but had to turn the radio up to drown out the noise of the knocking engine and worn gearbox.
you could put Ł5 of fuel in then and run your car for a few days, it wouldn't even get you home now.

A Ford Corsair 1.7 V4. Most of the youngsters on here have probably never heard of one let alone seen one. I ended up "customising" it. Jacked rear, slotmags etc. UAB 984F.

The blue mk2 was my first, it started off as a 1.1 popular but within a week of owning it we fitted a 2 litre pinto and box out of a cortina. we didnt do a particularly good job of fitting it. I twatted the bulkhead to get clearance but it still rubbed and banged like a bitch.
really wish i hadnt sold any of them now , especially the mk1 gt
