My first car was a 1978 Vauxhall Cavalier GL when I was 14 but my first road car was a 1981 1 litre Metro and it's the worst car I've ever owned or likely to own I only had it about 10 days before I smashed it up, repaired it then did it again
After that I learnt my lesson, stopped crashing and got better cars I wanted a Vauxhall Chevette but my parents wouldn't let me and I stupidly listened

1973 Mini. Shared it with my mum for a year or so until it failed its MOT and wasn't worth repairing. The guy MOTing it said the subframe was so bad that if you went over a particular local hump back bridge at speed the body would leave the rest of the car. I knew from personal experience that he was lying because i often used to "take off" over the bridge in question.
The next car that i owned on my own was a Renault 5TS (ARP 260S) which i then sold to my dad when i bought my first Ford, a Mk3 XR3i (OTU 230Y) in 1988, that got nicked in 1993. Have had a Ford ever since.

Part of the Furniture
Radiant Red 1993 K reg Ford Orion LX, 1.4L was awesome lol,
wrote it off changing a wheel, when the rusted sill gave way with the jack rupturing the brand new 1 week old fuel tank, that was full for the first time since i owned it,
spent a month or two on busses and foot before getting my 1.8 Ghia focus in 2005

Nothing special. I had a 1.1L Fiesta on an F plate. It only had 32k on the clock when I bought it back in 2000. I swapped out the interior for one from a Fiesta Ghia.
It was a solid little car until the dreaded rust got to it. The front crossmember started to fail and the rest of the car began to show its age.
