Definitely one of the in form players around at the minute, cracking goal. Think he might need to go to a big club, play regularly for his country and play in Europe with form in some of them to be considered that though. 
If you're one of those who think a player can only be 'World class' if they make the top 10 of the Ball d'or award list then you might do well to remember that the 2009 one had two English players.
World class or not, the likes of Bale and Carroll etc will be catching the eye around European clubs.

Classic thing you English do, a player shows some decent form and suddenly he's world class.

He's only world class when he's proven himself for club and country, even the so called current English greats fail to perform for country (i.e. Rooney at the last World Cup).

Did you actually read my post at all? Didn't say he was world class but he's doing well right now and deserves the reviews, as does Bale. Don't think Bale is English but who knows.
You're anti English anyway so equally as biased as those who might wish to overhype him.
