gus do you know lambda and afr are one and the same thing,. just different ways of measuring just that the way your question is worded like you want both.
lambda 1 = 14.7 afr
lambda 0.86 = (0.86 X 14.7) 12.6 afr
lambda 1.2 = (1.2 X 14.7) 17.64 afr
lambda 1 = 14.7 afr
lambda 0.86 = (0.86 X 14.7) 12.6 afr
lambda 1.2 = (1.2 X 14.7) 17.64 afr

it reads both because some people prefer to work in lambda, others in AFR. It' just like a boost gauge can be in PSI or bar for example. Lambda 1 is a stoichiometric ratio. It means that all petrol and all air is consumed in the combustion process with no excess of either.
Rich mixture means excess fuel, and lean excess air. Rich is anything less than lambda 1, lean anything over.
