done a quote on parcel2go to post something and the cheapest was hermes usually its DHL or HDNL

is this a rename of a company or a new company?

Don't know about the UK mate but Hermes are fairly big over here in Germany, maybe they have just started to branch out to the UK, not sure... Also quite reliable, over here anyway

I have to say, Parcel2Go are being PROPER shit at the moment. I've had an alternator sat waiting to be collected for over 2 weeks. It's been rebooked twice with 2 different couriers, allegedly, and hasn't been so much as sniffed at.

Hermes were useless. Never turned up to pick up my parcel an told me it had been collected and delivered. I gave them hell and my customer did too, managed to get a refund but they didnt want to give it to me.
Cheap for a reason......

Hermes were shit for me too, had to eventually sort out another courier in the end.
properly pissed me off, but got my 99p brand spanking sunroof for my xr2 in the end.
