I have been trying to buy that for about 7 years!!!!

It cleaned up quite well - last time I saw it it had NOT FOR SALE in the window and was surrounded in grass on my mates next door neighbours garden.

I believe it may even be 1 owner from new and the owner also has a ridiculoooos Reliant Kitten I understand.

I can remember looking at it for ages thinking WTF with the wheels and then I was informed and that was that - but the guy was never interested in selling it - he just wanted to leave it and do it in his spare time.

Its my ideal car - quick, small, fun, fast.

 

proper sleeper would love to see it rip down the tarmac

exactly, i thought the car was still there as when i first seen it i was told it will never ben for sale, gods knows when it was last run as last time i seen it it looked sorry for itself

but at least its up and running again

i know this car, it was a friend of mines next door neighbour, (Andy iirc?) was awesome back in the day, pressumed it was rotten as fook these days as it was parked in long grass for years?

DJ motorsport done cossie conversions to some mad cars.Crappest car i ever seen they done was a yellow fiat strada convertible!

 

dj motorsport did my fiesta cossie shell about 10 years ago...they had a brown reliant kitten with a zzr 1100 engine in it back then and a white series one 4x4 cossie conv that was getting done for an rs breaker and a renault twingo(i think) with a cossie engine.....and his own mental cossie fiesta....might have been one more mk 3 fiesta there too IIRC

 

Converted my old pug 306 and my current 106, but the 106 is having big changes from its original conversion at AG.

 

Agreed but Paul the guy who owns that Strada loves it, we can't all like the same stuff now can we?!

 

Djm also built the renault 5 with cossie engine in the front and 4x4 but a fuel fire killed the car.
