Hi Guy's im looking into making my own fuel tank and was after a few tip's on baffeling etc...Any info would be appreciated as my knowlege on the topic is limited

Make the shape without a lid on it and fill it with water to see what the flow does. Make some baffle paltes with holes in them and place them in to check the flow. Also look at some designs that utilise an internal swirl pot - some sumped ideas are good.
Pro Alloy sell these one way valves that are usefull for custom tanks.

i was thinking of putting baffles along the width of the tank in a staggared formation with a swirl pot in the centre
What size - fitting's would be best for flow and return? i was thinking -10 flow - 8 return.
