£60 fine for no seatbelt i reversed out of the space at the shop drove forward to the junction and then put it on. Stupid yes and i aint looking to get away with it guilty as charged but lesson learnt now it aint illegal to reverse without it on but the copper said i should of put it on before moving forward now i thought rather than sit in the middle of the road in the snow i'd move the short distance to the junction then put it on ah well lesson learnt just a reminder to all there out in unmarked cars as well as marked ones on the christmas crack down.

This was discussed a few weeks back and I believe sadly the law has changed regarding the distance your allowed to drive with it on,it used to be something like 60yards but I believe it's 0 now.

Blackpool mate well i live here i used to live in kilcreggan just over the water from gouroch (spelling?) been out for a drink in largs though lol

Yeah she is a tad on the dim side i wouldn't put up with my phone getting snooped through for one but i'd of deleted messages anyway but then i wouldn't be in a relationship with no trust lifes to short for that carryon.
