202 + MPH and lunch with a good friend
Dubai has had it's ups and downs, this week has been mainly ups!
I hit 202.877mph with such ease.
200mph is a dream come true for one young lad from Blackpool..
The Chariot...
The car has done less that 1000km's and has not even had it's first oil change, set off at 6:30 am on a public road and gave it everything. The GTR in shown in the pics was running 700 bhp and was absolutely amazing upto 280 kph!
Took the 458 to the limit and was reading 338 / 9 kph! Amazing feeling, however it was over reading by some margin.
Real speed....
So I have driven over 200mph in a car!!
That should of been the highlight of the week, but it wasnt! I met up with Mr Manning and his mother (Porkie) at Atlantis this afternoon and it was my pleasure to treat them to champagne all afternoon coming in at over 2.5k
Lee's Mum is such a nice woman and is so used to Lee being taken advantage of, it was a nice change to see someone take care of him for a change and it was my pleasure, I look forward to taking them out on the boat tomorrow.
All in all, 200 mph is a piece of piss, spend 180k and floor it. No real hardship!
Nick.

Fair play on the sped, but not sure the comment of dropping Ł2.5k on champagne and about on Rod....plenty of people who are stuggling these daeys mate, and Rod's worked hard to achieve what he has, even if it is 'only' a Cosworth. You've evidently done well, and fair play but not everyone is in the position you evidently are.

Nice car, and yes Lee's mum is a lovely lady, and I agree its great someone is spoiling Lee for a change rather than the other way around, but I dont really see the need to be calling Rod a cunt in a thread he hasnt even posted in TBH
Buying a car that does 200 is just a question of money, managing it in an old ford sierra though Im sure gives a real sense of achievement, totally different thing really.

I hit 202.877mph with such ease it asks the question why you could fuck about with such a piece of shit that hasnt done 200mph in 5 years, and the last attempt blew the gasket. Buy a REAL car and just get it done, it's not rocket science. Rod states that dreams are for the youth, well Rod you epic little cunt, 200mph is a dream come true for one young lad from Blackpool..

But its not a Ford so it dont count!!

Who goes on and and on and on about 200mph!?!?
Dreams are for the youth? Well 200 is not that amazing, also the car didn't blow a gasket or have 'trouble'
Yes I am being a provavtive tool, but I can admit it!!

Id rather have rods life anyway instea of being stuck in dubia with dodgy as fuck arabs and derkas tryin to drift fwd corollas at 100mph, strict as fuck laws and expense everywhere....
200mph might not be alot in dubia because they dont have corners, even nissan patrols have 1000+bhp and do 200, wow...
In the UK making a saph go 200 and using it is impossible

Epic that you can afford such things and fair play to you. Sound a bit of a knob though tbh with the dinner price and Rod dig. Unless you're baiting. Champagne dinner and striaght on passionford to boast to us. Sounds lonely lol

Did Someone Mention TUV

Shame you dont take a leaf out of Lee's book. He does things for others ALL the time without mentioning how much it costs or bragging about it on a free internet forum
I expect Rod will see this and smirk, knowing he has wound up a rich toff just by going on about 200 mph. Money may buy you a lot of things and friends, but its fairly obvious it cant buy you decorum or manners

Was being a cock on the thread, the humor might not of come across. Thought as a car site the 200 would come across more than digs at Rod or champers with Lee.
