Aye I bet! Took me an hour and a half to get 8 miles home from work last night!
Any kind of 4x4 or well equipped car is what you need if you live outside the city, I'm ok where I live but made sure I had the correct setup for the BM a couple of months ago since I don't have another decent car for backup if it's really bad like last year.
Also thinking of going skiing up at Glenshee a few times over the winter as we have a place to stay up in Braemar so will DEFO need something that will cope well with snow. Only draweback is the tyres seem to be shite in the wet!

Lol at taking the saph out in the snow, I used to love doing that, I stil have fond memories of drifting up the Lang Stracht in the middle of the road at 3-4am in the mornings most winters after town or when we'd been out "cruising" but one time I had to abandon it in sheddocksley as it's was totally shite in the snow with 18's and 35 profile tyres and no ABS! Fucking dangerous!

You must be up near Mildura? I haven't seen above 33 in the city this spring. Certainly beats the snow though.
