Default 8' x 10' garden office/hobby shed heating/insulation advice

i have a new 8x10 garden shed i have already installed electricity and lighting and a gigabit network cable for my pc

at my local builders merchant they do 1200x2400x50mm sheet of polystyrene for just under £7 inc vat or 50mm quinn (like cleotex) for £19 a board

for the floor i will put down 25mm polystyrene (£3.50) coverd with 12mm plywood then some cheap carpet on top

do i have to worry about thurmal bridging though the wodden frame? im intending to screw plasterboards to it

Will 50mm polystyrene be good enough to keep the heat in? and whats the best way to heat it
