Was parking the car earlier and the EAC warning light came on. It came up on the LCD screen where it displays the mileage. When this happened the mileage disappered and "EAC FAIL" appeared on it. I switched the car off straight away started it up and it was fine

Any ideas/anything to worry about ??

I believe the
EAC is the electronic accelerator control.
I had this recently after I had the inlet manifold off. I put it into a garage and they cleared the error code, never returned since

I only bought the car yesterday and was told that the guy had the battery out to charge it, the car was sitting about for a while. I knew it was out as he hadnt put the red cover on properly on top of the battery, could this be the cause of the problem ?
