That wasn't the case as mentioned its an old burnt resturant which hasn't been in use for over a year. I seen other cars parked there hence why i parked.

Only to come back to see the car ain't there and a crappy warning sign behind the wall which i didn't notice

But bottom line and i'll still admit it for the ones that dont seem to understand, I parked there, it was private land (which i've learnt), there was a warning sign and i got bummed

And yes i can come here whinging & moaning as i feel i was ripped off for supposdely the company clamping the car for 10 minutes (which i find hard to believe that they did this) and then recovering the car

Hard lesson learnt and i don't want others to fall into this trap

the police would do the usual "its a civil matter" unless there's actually some physical evidence you committed a crime. What camera?? and trespass is not a criminal offence. They would have to try and sue you for damages and justify the cost with evidence of which you could counter sue them for damages for being deprived of your car etc.

Police arent fucking stupid but in absence of evidence they cant do jack.

Only been clamped once that was outside Reyland at a rolling road day, the same dude did mine, Gav Diamond and Marco's 3 doors.

He rapidly removed the clamps and fucked off when 30 or so people bowled out from the rr day!!

I wouldn't piss on a clamper if he was on fire, unless I could piss petrol.
