No heat comes out, or the fan blowers don't work?

If it's the fan blowers, could be anything. Quite common for the heater resistor to blow, but then it should still work on position 4.

Go check the resistor

Usually they have a burned out look to them so should be easy enough to spot

Here you go if you need it

This happened on my 1.8. At first 1 and 4 didnt work, then a week or two later 2 and 3 stopped working.

Quick trip to the scrappy and i took out the switch(the one with 1,2,3,4 on) and replaced my old one. Fixed it straight away.

Won't be the resistor pack as it would still work on position 4, check the fuse as said as it's going to be a power/motor problem if good then check you have power at the switch it's also not uncommon for the motors to sieze hence blowing the fuse if water has got into them.
