If you make off from the old bill and crash your insurance would cover the third party but not your car? My mate reckons you'd get screwed for the lot

 

well if your stupid enough to do it then the least of your problems is your car

 

It wasn't me, roadwars was on and a drunk trashed a few things in his escape, my mate said he'll have to pay all of that. I said his insurance will but won't pay out on his car. He reckons the insurance will be totally void but i didn't think it could be??

For your loss i agree but for third party loss i dunno

 

You are always covered for third party claims, drunk, drugs, making off, doesn't matter,

 

just like anyone who steals your car is also automatically covered third party,,,,,,, no honestly they are and the claim goes against you,,, even though you wasnt driving
