Sapphire Cossie unstable?
Got the front brakes sorted on the cossie tonight (cheers danny, ) and took it out for a quick blast, and the front end just doesnt seem very 'planted' under acceleration, braking, or especially over bumps.
spec is:
2wd saph cossie,
standard 2wd brakes with drilled and groved discs,
spax adjustable shocks and unknown springs, not too low,
all polybushed,
17x8 comp MO's with 215x40 kuhmo ecsta sport ku31s (brand new)
Mike R rear toe shims,
tracking done just before i bought her, approx 2 months ago
when i was changing the n/s front caliper tonight i noticed the antiroll bar bushes lookes a bit slack along the antiroll bar not round it if that makes sence.
these are poly bushes but could still be worn? not sure how old they are.
think i will replace them but are there any other common faults or things to look for?
cheers.
