i started 5 new guys this week. a couple are from the bmw site. i thought id offer the posts up on here first as theres a few decent guys that ive met on here that i know are joiners, especially as theres not much work going around and its coming up to christmas...
im not trading on here as theres no point as the sort of people buying these homes are rich people looking for a Ł500000+ second/holiday home and not the sort of pennyless tossers you normally assossiate with driving old fords.

Dont get me wrong you cant get anyone to do it but if you know a labour whos not thick then they can plaster board, one of the first jobs i done as a labour then moved onto carpentry. All you need is a knife and drill ( plus fixings) get carpenters to do the rest. I would go for it but to far away ;(

from that comment i assume your not involved in the building trade?
its a grade a listed building where the quality of the finish is priority and in all my years i cant count on the fingers of 1 finger the amount of labourers id trust to do that.
ive already got guys for digging the trenches.
