As above, can you still get Eagle F1's?

Also are the Avon ZV3 good in this size?

ZV3s were shite on my gf's Puma. Crap grip and wore unevenly.

I'd get Toyo T1Rs from Camskill at about £29 a pop. http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.p...=m53b0s99p1667

Ran my Puma on them over the winter and they were great.

£29!!! Cheap compared to mytyres at £42!!

Had the Proxes4's in the past, are the T1R's better wearing?

Wet weather grip is a must.

Uniroyal Rainsports, fantastic tyre in my opinion. Also look at the Falken FK452's.

TBH mate with T1R at under 30 quid a pop at the moment from camskill on that link, I really think you would be mad to get anything else, especially going into a british winter when they are really good in the wet.
Thats a decent tyre for properly budget money!

At 75% dearer than T1Rs they better have!

T1Rs are fine in the wet, I ran them over the winter and never had a problem.

Real world reviews here - remember to take the car they're tested on into account, making sure it's similar to yours:
http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Toyo/T1R.htm

Value for money wise, I don't thing you can beat them personally.

EDIT: What ^chip^ said.

If they wore unevenly it wasnt the tyres fault it was a car setup problem or a driving style issue.
And as it was likely the tracking or camber, no wonder she had shite grip

Nope. The car was set up spot on. The fitter that fitted the Toyos said the ZV3 (not the ZZ3, that's fine) was known for wearing unevenly. Just what he told me, I'm no tyre expert! The toyos on there now for the last 12,000 are wearing nice and evenly, the rears are hardly down at all!

Could be a driving style issue, she is a woman.

I agree. I've had the ZV3 and the ZZ3 in the past, I have found them both to wear very quickly on the edges. No problem at all with different tyres fitted to the same car.

+1, have used in this size T1S and T1R, eagle F1, rainsports, and a few others.
F1 good for wheelbarrow, well not really I reckon they'd be shit on that too!!
T1S was great, lasted well worked well, replacement T1R by comparison was shit, wore very quickly, I got 16,000 from T1S, but 6,000 from the R version, same car same driver same journeys, rainsports way ahead in all areas, also used vredestein sportrac 3, behind the hankooks but better by a huge amount then F1 T1R, Rainsport.
