Default Boost Question

If your car underboosts i.e. tuned to 22psi Held, but only can get upto 14 psi for say a weak actuator, will the car overfuel or does the ecu compensate?

I asked a similar q and yes it over fuels just like running 2 stage boost! I sure some one else will explain better

(that a S2 though)

It *should* compensate, but depends how well it's been mapped.
