Default YB bottom end rebuild torques

am doing one tonight and cannot find my manual.

Can anyone please tell me the required tightening torques for:

big end caps
main bearing caps
sump bolts
front cover bolts
crank pulley bolt

According to Ford Workshop Manual... (Verbatim, so can't get shouted at if something goes wrong )

Con rod caps to con rod : 55 to 60 Nm

Main bearing caps to cylinder block : 87,5 to 101 Nm (Note : Loctite 270)

Sump to cylinder block : Stage 1 : 8-10 Nm, Stage 2 : 8-10 Nm (Note: Bolts:Loctite 270, Gasket:Loctite 518)

Timing Belt Cover to engine - all bolts : 8 to 10 Nm

Crankshaft pulley to crankshaft : 122 to 135 Nm
