Rooneys Off...
Fergie has jus said in a press conference that Wayne has said he wants to leave!!
Maybe what Fiddy was saying about Utd declining is gonan come true!! Will the Glaziers pile the money back into the club for players, or use it to pay off thr debt??
How much are they really gonna get for him tho?? His gotta be worth 50mil, but as his contract winds down he becomes less valuable, also, if he signs for someone in January, he will not be eligable to play in Europe!!

no squiz, as the ebony says, and i quote, 'i just talk bollocks', being a bitter scouse cunt and all that. and rooney leaving will be because as rod said, 'he's a fat scouser with a dick for a brain', obviously im wrong, and so is wayne.
two years ago they were singing 'ronaldo, ronaldo ronaldo', he left, then last year it was 'rooney, rooney, rooney', what they gona sing now, 'there's only one michael owen' maybe ?
On the plus side though, at least they can use the rooney money, to pay there debts, like they did with the ronaldo money
YNWA !

To be fair Fiddy, i think you talk alot of sense!! Im a Chelsea and hate you fuckers, but i can see Utd being in exactly the same position as you guys are within 5 years!!
Rooney is said to be upset at the lack of players signing!! Now fergie can claim all he wants theres no value in the market, i suggest that claim cam from the same pot as 'Rooney has a ankle injury' Quite ironic that his got hurt today, wjhat did he hurt, his ankle, aint karma a bitch
At the end of the day, Rooneys heart isnt at Utd, never has been!! His a scouser, end of!! His a professional footballer, and will play where he feels he can better his career (and his bank balance)
As for him bringing the press situation on himself, yes he has, but the press are fuckers with the way they hound these lads

Big changes will take place in Man Utd in the next 12 months or so. Looks like Rooney is on his way, Giggs, Scholes and Neville who have been there pretty much throughout this generation of Utd will have to call it a day. Van Der Sar likewise. There are a few other players who have come in who are probably not good enough to cut it compared to their predecessors.
But I can't see there being any kind of major decline there. They may have a bad season this season by their standards, but they'll still be up there somewhere. Next season may be difficult if they have to have a bit of a squad overhaul. But they'll still attract top players, and there are still enough top players already there that won't be going anywhere.

theres only 3 teams who can afford him mancity, chelsea and madrid
i can only see him going madrid tbh although man city are apparently ready to offer him 200k a week
i think he wants out the country though and fancies getting amongst some dirty spanish birds with his old mate

the best part, all of this 'him and fergie have fallen out' and 'its since all the stories about him shagging about' came out, couldnt be further from the truth. in fergies own words, 'i dont have a problem with the lad, the door is open for him to stay', and 'david (gill) phoned me on august 14th, and said he wouldnt sign the new contract'
Sooooooooo, that is no problem with fergie, AND, he refused to sign a new contract BEFORE, the story of him shagging about even came out.
So what does that leave ?, maybe, what i was saying, they havnt invested the ronaldo money, and used it to pay debt, they cant compete with man city financially, and dont have a squad as good as chelsea.

i noticed last season 'where is the ronaldo money ?', brought it up last season, but i was 'talking bollocks' and am 'just a bitter scouse cunt' apparently ?
and my club has been through exactally the same thing in the last 18 months, first alonso left, a huge player for us, we then have a horrible season last season, dont qualify for the CL, then mascherano, leaves, another huge player for us, and then we are 90 minutes away from going into administration, because we cant afford to pay the loans against the club, because we cant afford the debt, due to our MASSIVE decline on the pitch.
there are similarities to man utd, ronaldo goes, now rooney, scholes, giggs etc are getting to the end of there careers, united spend a lot less than they make, still make finacial losses, so cant afford to replace them, which will lead to a decline on the pitch, which makes them lose more money, which means they cant afford to pay there debts, which incidently, are almost three times what liverpool had.
But no doubt ebony and skeg will be along shortly, to tell me 'im talking bollocks, and i know it'

I think its supporters with blinkers rather than fans looking at it realistically
I jus hope youve saved these threads for when it all goes tits up at OT
Who are they gonna replace Fergie with?? Jose 'might' fancy it, but tbh id be surprised if he went there!! Thats when there problems will be apparant, no Scholes, Giggs, Neville, Van Der Sar, Fergie, thats a hell of a lot of expierence and is pretty much there back bone!!

I am Gutted as I love Rooney, he is our prize asset. Well after Cristiano was anyway.
I cant argue and wont, As for you fiddy I could easily say I would rather be a man u supporter with no rooney and 600m debt than a liverpool supporter but im fed up arguing with you.
Dont want him to go But he obviosly is going to.
However i didnt want Beckham to go or Jaap Stam Or Eric Cantona.
But after each we still went on to win trophys because we have the most successful manager in premier league history!
The problem is we are not Spending, which is genuinely worrying for even the most blinkered man utd supporter. However we are one of the most desirable clubs and would have a queue of purchasers.
Dont know what to say to be honest... Never wanted Beckham to leave and was gutted when he did. Rooney will be no different... Hardly playing his best and representing the club in the best way anyway...

They're fucked and I can't wait for it to happen. Purely because of the likes of Skeg who think they can't be touched. Blinkered arse holes like him deserve it, and they'll get it. He who laughs last and all that...

We do have a consortium wanting to buy but glaziers wont sell, hopefully the way liverpool were taken over will open a new way of attacking control of the club for the "Red Knights"
Fucked if he goes........
Mark Hughes
Kanchelskis
Paul ince
Bruce
Pallister
Beckham
Van nistolroy
Ronny
Cantona
Blah blah blah.... hear it all the time lol
As Fiddy says though its the money for investment which is the scary thing and the slippy slope that is easy to fall down.....
We will be ok if the Glaziers agree to sell to the Red knights etc before the debt gets too big,but every day that passes, the harder it gets

We are going down the fucking tube, and all the city fans will rub our noses in it as we have to them for years.
#29
Why because one player might leave? You ever heard of Cantona, Keane, Schmeichel, Beckham, Ronaldo et al?
He was our best player this season but same can't be said this season, United will move on as always. Granted though, it is a surprise because United made him the name he is today, like Beckham and Ronaldo. You don't get that big at other clubs.

Let Fiddy go on about the Glaziers and link everything to them, either way Liverpool won't be winning that title any time soon. He's feeling smug because of this takeover, just like before, but one day the penny will drop that Liverpool didn't have Gillet and Hicks in charge circa 1990 > 2007. No title then either.

I can't believe people believe this Red Knights bullshit. Maybe the glaziers should rename to something similar. Do you not realise that they are just INVESTMENT bankers and lawyers? Do you think they have a spare billion quid lying around? We might aswell sell utd to gilette and hicks as they're all the same.

Yeah I agree, doesn't look like the 'Red knights' have the cash to buy United at estimated value let alone have enough to tempt the Glaziers. They'll keep turning the approaches down.
Don't see how this is relevant to Rooney and his mess at the minute though.
#31
No he won't.. Rooney doesnt have the suitability to play abroad imo... from a living / social aspect
Rooney for chelsea IMO .... drogba is getting ooooooollllld
#32
Atleast we can buy Edwin some new fucking gloves.

Good point mate. Surely replacing a man who's been manager for a quarter of a century and won more than anyone is the biggest issue United will face in the near future. It still amazes me Fiddy never mentions this, because that possibly will make us not win stuff for a good few years.

I think Fiddy links everything to the Glaziers because when it goes tits up, all you Utd fans will blame them, so would i if i was a Utd fan!! There ultimately in charge, they dont pick the team, but they pick the finances!! How people can take out loans against the club is beyond me, it shouldnt be allowed!! End of the day, IF it goes tits up for you lot, the Glaziers will be to blame!!

I really think he will go to city which will be devestating. But wouldt you for 65 million! Its money orientated I just know it.
As scott minto just said hes been hanging around with the city boys in the england squad talking about wages I bet!

Rooney signed his last contract in 2006. As that is more than 3 years ago he can buy himself out of his contract for 1 years salery, which is about Ł5m. But he would have to wait until the summer to be transfered.
#37
No rooney, scholes, giggs, nev, edwin all just about past it, rio not a million miles away... seriously take them players out of the team without spending quickly and it looks a very grim squad for man u IMO

United are finished .
Finished in what way if we dont win the Premiership for 8 years we will still be its most successfull team .
We lost 8 first team players in 1958 on the same day , yet finished runner-up the next year rather more of a loss than Rooney .
Their are 2 teams at the mo than have the squad to stop United, Man City & Chelsea its probably one of them that will dominate for a bit. THATS FOOTBALL.
As soon as revenue drops & they cant keep that debt afloat the Glaziers will be away, may take 3/4 years but it will happen.
Only United fanatics believe we have a God given right to win everything all the time it aint the way it is. We may play Liverpool in the Championship in a few years time but I will still be supporting them as i have done for 55 years.
By the way Rooney should leave it will be best in the long run we were runner-up after Ronaldo left & ive no doubts we will be Top 4 this year & next, we have a strong squad just not strong enough to win the Premiership. Ive excepted that now can you lads convince Skeg its not the end of the world .
