ok,

i need to purchase a racing/gaming set for whenever GT5 comes out, to go with the g25/g20 steering wheel

any suggestions on seats, and dont want a mega expensive one.


also for the room i want some comfy bean bags for when mates coming over

any suggestions?

if its for gt5 i'd wait, hover chairs will be out by then they'll also include some type of anti gravity system to hold your drink

Play.com are selling the g27 for £199 which is cheap as chips!!!

g25 can though, as you have switch to turn from gate/ sequenmtial

say that, if you not used it much maybe it's not worth having and just go for the g27

Is it any good m8? not really looked into gaming chairs but keep seeing it on the gadget show, in my mind i can picture suzi perry and polyanna woodward playing on it

it is comfortable but when on the PS3 i have to have the sound coming out the TV and not the chair as im using hdmi and not the analogue cables that the chair tends to use.

I play sound thru the chair when streaming hd movies through my tv via laptop and it sounds great but only getting 1 channel instead of 2 channels (could be down to the wire im using).

All in all - they are great for gaming and the bass massages your back which is nice

Get the g25! looks better and feels better due to not having the horrible chunky bit across the middle. The only advantage the G27 has, is the motors are a little bit quieter!

it has 6 speed box, less throw, quiet wheel, shift lights, looks better leather

for the price the g27 is a good deal at 199

only reason i went for g25 was you could switch it to sequential shifting aswell.wonder why the g27 didnt do that.still at £199 the g27 is an amazing buy.id like a go on both them to decide.

I read a review saying jade the gearbox wear, making the h pattern worse and sloppy , don't know how true that is?

g25 has 6 speed, and I've never had trouble with the throw lol.

I've used mine a hell of alot (and dropped it quite alot too ) and the h-pattern is still brilliant
