just wondering as ive never had a proper box and battery etc, how is it fitted.

what i mean is, currently im running a stock sized battery in the boot, ive mounted it by using the original box that was in the engine bay, drilling a few holes into it, adding some big washers and bolting it to the shell, you then use the 2 prongs and the bracket on top to hold the battery inside

would this be the same for the racing box, just drill holes into it and bolt it to the shell, also does the battery just sit snuggly into the box, no other brackets to hold it in there?

Sorry for the dumb questions, i just want to order both but dont want to find im missing something obvious.

Most of the boxes will have a fixing arrangement for the battery inside, so you cna use different size/makes ones.

Does anyone know the cca and size in inches of a 4x4 cossie battery ?
Ive gotta make my own battery box for my car and really could do with the sizes
