also LOVE how the fibresports bumper has a special " air vent" below the headlamps,,,,,, guess they got confused and made there escos replica bumpers to sag to help look genuine,,,,,, but forgot its saph cos bumpers that sag in the middle

the car has SUCH a funny story too,,,,, well not for simon

remember his black fiesta, well that was a "quick project" whilst the saxo was being "created",,,,,, he wasnt into fast cars as saxos have MUCH better handling on track blah blah blah,,,,,,,, anyway in the time it took the saxo to be made,,,,, the car had 6 engines, convtered to 16v,,,, broken for parts, bought a XE engined Nova ( most fun car i have ever driven !!! ),bought a BMW 325i and sold to me, converted ANOTHER saxo to run a peugeot XSI engine,,,, had a corsa with a XE lump,,, bought a cossie,,,, broke the cossie for parts and started on ANOTHER fiesta......

then it was finished,,,, but Simon was no longer a kid in Uni and erm...... well he NEVER drove it for fear of cracking filler

though some fucking how he sold the car

the WORST thing is our other mate STILL owns the orion version of the saxo,,, and has the fiestas old engine too which looks bad,, till you see his 2 brothers cars

cant wait for simon to do a mag feature on the "lambo door" Ford Capri with cossie rear wing and bad boy bonnet !!!,,,,,, infact i cant see why he hasnt done it yet if im honest !!!

im sure the orion is also available for a mag feature too,,,,,,, but be quick as the filler will start cracking soon and dont wanna wait till " bad boy boots" are all comon

Like i said when i was 21 it was a very flash car to have! It also had a turbo engine when it was finished

Wanted to try and give it the 3 door look but at the end of the day i got a 4 door car because i wanted a 4 door car... Benn off here had a red one with a rattlesnake kit, we were a couple

ended up with an engne fire, scrapped and got the cossie. Nearly 10 years ago now, how time flies!
