As above any good or will the revs kill it and are the ratios any good?

They don't like being revved so its not a ideal choice.

Depending on power a type 9 could be a good choice, mine regularly did 8000rpm, but did have a mod to a bearing's oil supply inside.

drove one with a t5 it was awfull like said t5 boxes dont line higher reving

My mk2 will have a 2.3 n/a cossie and i have a quaife pro box

std cossie box is no good at all
