Does it really matter?

Or is it an anal sex toy shop or something?

if you signed a disclaimer saying they could use the film or were paid to be in it and didn't have any royalties etc rights then they can

if you didn't then possibly not, but i'm sure you can't stop them using it, only badmouthing you in it as an ex employee

Did you sign any sort of model release when it was taken? If not then no they can't use it without your permission.

Not true. If you were an employee at the time and willingly took part in the video, knowing what it was to be used for then you will find it very difficult to stop them using it.

As Dan says the "owner " of the film/piccie rights is the person who made it, unless there was a contract they can do as they wish, same as you can take piccies in any public area, where the public might expect to see a photo being taken, such as school sports days, you are breaking no law by taking pictures here despite what the school/police say, no one can stop you taking piccies of your own kid, if others get in the shot that's fine no law broken, been through this with a local sports centre in thetford, look up photographers rights.
If you've had a disagreement and what they state is untrue that they shop with you, then advertising standards will stop it for you as it's false advertising.

If you feel that way inclined that you want to do something about it. Tell them some ridiculous story that you've been done for blowing a goat or something as I'm sure they wouldn't want your face in the video associating them with you.

Paps are taken from public places ( often with a long lens I'll admit ) if you knowingly pose for something not in a public place then there is the matter of model release etc and the rights to the photo.

yet again your all given advice on your own assumptions

where does the OP say that the video was a staged advert? it could have been cctv in the shop being used as advertising?

also i know the law looks down on pictures being taken in public places, especially where kids are involved which is right, however papparazzi are members, all be it lowly, but members of the press

so before anymore advice i think the OP needs to explain further and not post such vague topics

rant over

were you told about it?
if so i don't think there is anything you can do to remove yourself from the footage, especially if you are an intergral part of the prestenation
