The standard/ factory exhaust manifold is very very good and doesnt really needed to be changed unless you want massive horsepower.

i'd say the standard item is far superior to the one on ebay

had intended to mount a GT30 or T38, for around 500 bhp ...

A t38 wont do 500 hp more like circa 450hp a gt3076 you will need with a .82 housing and can be bought in either internal wg or external and can all be done on a modded std 2wd manifold...std manifold is good for upto 600 hp...

a mate of mine had one fitted and it was off the car more times than it was on it! kept cracking,he ended up going back to a standard manifold and through that thing in the bin

It's certainly easier to get at the awkward two nuts on that manifold than the 2wd one!!
