Hello folks, just returned from Holiday to find the car won't start. Put the key in and turn the ignition, all the lights are on but the immobilisor light under the clock just keeps flashing. I only have 1 key with the red dot on it, I don't have a "master" red key. Can I still get one from Ford, or can I bypass this immobilisor ?

Yes you can get a red master from ford, and also at the same time have the old lost keys codes deleted, prices vary hugely I had a mk1 mondy with same problem, cost me around £60 for 1 red master 1 black and the old keys deleted, which I was happy with had a quote from another ford dealer(emg) for around £150 for same work.
Problem is you need to get the car to them in the first place, AA RAC ?
