FAO I-POD USERS!!!!!!!!
Im having probs with it AGIAN!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Ok, i set it up to transfer stuff over manualy,and not had a prob.. (Cheers Craig N)
But now the fuckin thing isnt gettin picked up on my PC?!?!?
I put it in the dock,but I-TUNES isnt picking it up!!
Its charging,but not picking it up?!?!?!?

Yeh got all that...
Its been working FINE 110$,and ive been well chuffed with it,but ive plugged it in, to try and transfer more stuff onto it today,and my PC just isnt picking it up!!
Ive got ALL the kit with it fella, ive re-installed it twice,but it says in the book,about reseting the i-pod,thats LAST RESORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GOt ALOT of stuff on there now,and would take me about 5days to put it all back on..

Thats just it,ive took it off i tunes,as there was like 7gb worth,and i aint got the best PC in the world!! 
So if i delete it, i loose EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

Put it into Disc mode. If that doesn't work, then Install and run Ipod updater. Then Reinstall Itunes. That will deffo sort it

have you restarted your computer and tried putting it on the dock with no other programs being used? i sometimes have probs picking up my digi cam or MP3 and its just the pooter is a little overworked!

Lee, he aint got it on the PC - he's deleted it all cos his ipod's got more memory than his whole pc!!!!!! (9gb!!!)

because the EU c11nts make apple restrict full volume
there is a website for it, try and find it this afternoon in work (its in this months T3 mag)

pete have you tried rebooting the pc ?
what version ipod do you have ? usually you can do a soft reset on the ipod by holding down the "menu" and "play/pause" button untill an apple logo appears then release
this will NOT delete your stuff
try this and turn your pc off and on again only dock the ipod when the pc has fully booted up dont put it in while its booting up

So if i do that menu/play pause thing it DEFFINATLEY wont delete my music files?!?!
