Ford single CD player - In lower centre console

Were these sold as optional extras on RS turbo's??

Got one in an "E" plate RS??

And the std tape player

Never seen one before

well, i just bought an E plate RST off e-bay, came with a folder full of Receipts, rolling road graph for 240+bhp, and it has the cd player where the amplifier normally sits in the centre console

And i've had a fair few rs turbos in my time, but never seen one

Chances are Till, it has been fitted afterwards, afterall it ain't had to come by the Ford CD players, and anyone with a bit of wiring skills could knock up some connectors for it.....
