best way to store an engine block
i just brought a cvh block for me to build a spare engine with
it wont be getting used until things pick up again at work so will be some time yet
whats the best way to store it?
would covering it in grease be ok? or that rust prevention paper?

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
wd40 all over it, bores oil gallery's, water holes etc
then wrap it in clingfilm, works a treat, keeps the moisture out and wd in

as said above some spray on grease etc and lightly spray it on all machined surfaces and if you feel it necessary wrap it in cling film.
