Default lowering mk1 fiesta

can i put 25mm or 40mm lowering springs on standard shocks on my mk1 fezza or have i gotta change them aswell?

Hello. PileOfRust. As you already know the answer to this i dont know why you are postin this . You know my car sits on standard mk2 struts and shocks on 40mm lowerin.

the thing is, Sir Jake Cooney, i didnt know your car was on standard mk1 NOT MK2 struts.
you dont even know what car you have.

personally i'd fit a spring and shock kit as standard mk1 shocks may be massively under damped wih new stiffer springs. more so than say a focus with stiffer springs and stnadard shocks.

think the koni street kit (springs and fixed rate dampers) are life time guarantee and great value for money from larkspeed, duno if they do them for the mk1 though!

or i could just leave it the standard height but i prefer it lowered
