looking to get a guardian angel tattoo on the middle of my back but cant find anything different to the usual designs does anybody know of any good sites or anybody that would be intrested in drawing me 1.

I've used the services of their newest shop near me in Bridgnorth. Never been in the Walsall one, but that is the original (a couple of the artists moved over here from there), and is highly rated by a few people I know.

 

Any tattoo shop worth anything will be able to design what you want. If they cant dont use them.

 

in the good old days tattooists went free hand and see the picture in there head ! most nowaday's they want draw it out and lick and stick the transfer to you ! i have been looking for 6 years for a good one but they all seem to have no imagination and vision but can bang out a trible tattoo in no time

 

any good tattoist will draw any thing you like if they carn't don't get a tat off them

Nip round to Redditch Tattoo Studio, a friend of mine has a black and grey japanese style half sleeve by a guy there and it is shit hot.

Thing is everyone is going to say their artist is the best, because no one wants to admit they've had a shit tattoo and its all subjective anyway, what one person likes another will not.

But its is YOU that has to live with it for the rest of your life, so choose an artist carefully, check out their work first, then go and discuss what you want, a genuine artist will tell you a) if they think it will look shit and b) if its not their specialist area and hopefully recommend someone who is more suited.

Free handing on skin is great if you totally trust the artist because you have no idea what it will look like until its finished, at least if you see a drawing before hand you have a chance to say, errrr well actually I dont like that or could you just add this or just take that out.


If your heart is set on a guardian angel then get down to the local library and see if there are any books on religious art, see if you can find something that does not look like David Beckhams and use that as a reference for your artist to work from.

There are top notch artists all over the country, there are some shit ones too I'll give you that, but if you cant find someone in 6 years then you are obviously scared of the pain and using artists ability as an excuse to hide your fear......

Although them picture's look proper shit! Lol it's impossible to get the depth and texture of them on a photo

Niel i dont see the poit in having a tattoo to have it removed 6 months later ! my idea of tattoo's is they should be a symbol of ur life or massive interest like most arseholea can do a jap or trible tat which seems to be all ive seen ! but ive found a bloie called kim in southend that will more than likely do my work bud ! pain aint the issue mate ive been shot and had 33% burns and fractured skull and broken other bones lol i think i undstand pain

Im looking to get this piece on my torso, know maori isnt up everyones street but its always really appealed to me. This is a copy of maori style so isnt desrespectful before all the haters charp up! Want opposite thigh and shoulder doing to tie it all in.

 

my tattooist is in the middle of designing a full sleeve for me at the min. getting a biomechanical sleeve done, but not the normal (terminator) style. its being done old fashioned, in brass/copper, with gears, clockwork, pulleys, hydraulic rams and steam power.

 

^ excellent idea, ive got a biohazard symbol on the middle of my back and my tattoo guy recommended some bio-mech to go with it but I dont think its for me.

 

Is that to warm people of noxious gasses emanating from yer ass ?

this is my 1st tattoo i had done when i was 18 now 21 but needed it done twice as i went in holiday just after i had it done 1st time and it faded but would like some ideas off anyone to add onto it here it is its not an angel but a trible

I've got a few but desperately want more, I wan a half or full sleeve, some on my back, chest... But have no idea what to get next.
Also as usual whenever I have the money there's always something more important to spend it on other than tattoos, ESP as they charge Ł70 an hour round here.

 

im getting into tattooing i got 2 sleeves chest piece full neck piece hands fingers legs
and i see the point about going in and them saying they need to draw it up
but me personally would like t pre draw it and know i will do a top job as opposed to jus knocking summit out that in my head looks good
if i imagine hard enough i could make vanesa felts loo good in my mind
alsoa lot of tattooists get pissed of when they design a piece then the customer litterally says cheers and goes else where for the piece
ive spent alot of time and now alot of artists and they all say the say
i wont deny that i think my tattooist is briilaint however i now theyre are better in the world than him
i like him as a guy and as an artist i like his style
i design the pieces he does and he improves on em they work well fpr the two of us
the angel thisng is cliche man
i ow 4 lads with it and its not cool
try summit different like a massive demon nailed to a cross
