Default rear coilover help.

im after some infromation i would need to get some universal rear coilovers for a 4x4 sapphire. like what sizing length they are compressed and extended. etc they are. spring type, shock type. hope you understand what i mean. and im asking this because i live in NZ and we cant buy them off the shelf for a cosworth and dont want to purchase them from the uk.
