Tbh from where it is to harvest i'd say 6 week's rather than the 4, but saying that it could be a week or so either way.

Yer I bet the police have nothing better to do than scour the internet for a thread where someone has found 3 cannabis plants on a bit of waste land! LOL!

I say keep and eye on it, if it buds then game on and you can let it run its course before chopping it down! Whatever happens dont expect to make alot of money out of it, "outdoor" plants are generally quite low yield, especially if they havent been looked after so you wont have much to get shot off, if any!
