you first need to send the ecu to hondata http://www.hondata.com/kpro.html to make it mappable once its got kpro on it you can either have a go yourself ( not recommended) or i would use RickyLee53 off here (he may also have a hondata ecu for sale), he is very good at doing them, you should be looking at approx 220bhp

Has he got an LSD fitted in it yet?
The first thing to do with an EP3 type R is to get an lsd fitted, not much use without it certainly no point having more power without a decent diff.
Compared to my Dc2 or Dc5 integra the big problem with the civic type R was lack of grip and wheel spin. (it was ok in the dry)
I've driven one that had different cams, induction, exhaust etc and a remap and yeah it sounded great and was a fair bit quicker than my standard car BUT on typical uk cold/damp roads it was going nowhere fast. I wouldnt even bother increasing the power without getting an lsd (integra one will fit).
