thought i was over the cosworths,well especially 2wd cars...pointless lol .
really wanted a 4x4 car next but the car i wanted is just out my reach for now, so while i wait i thought i would buy this to keep me satisfied for a bit until i can get the 'other' car, even though i don't like the colour i really like the car...if that seems right lol.
So here goes .

Car is Registered with RSOC and Mark Barber has also provided recent valuation.
The car was very fortunate to make the front cover of Fast Ford in November last year from the Brunters Photo Shoot.

Engine :
Previous owner had the engine professionally fully rebuilt by Wheelton garage nr Preston, all receipts in history file. Work included +0.5 mahl Pistons and rings, Lightened and balanced bottom end, high flow oil pump, water pump, ARP bolts, decked block, Cosmetic Head gasket and gasket kit, Fully overhauled Cylinder head, APR stud & nut kit, New Vibra Technic Fast Road Engine Mounts, New Turbo technics T35.55, 500 cooler and Radtec rad, full Philoy breather kit and Roose coolant hoses and samco silver boost hoses ( everything is about 3000 miles old! ), Magnex s/s exhaust.
NMS live mapped the car, including Siemens 55 lb black injectors and they upgraded the fuel system. This is now 023 in tank feeding a 2 L swirl pot, then an 044 pump feeding the rail. (this is a high powered system for up to 500BHP ) P8 ECU. NMS also fitted a new fuse box for peace of mind as these are a known weak point on escort cosworths.

The car is always properly warmed up and cooled down before/after use.
In April this year, the front prop shaft bearings were worn so I had the front prop fully refurbed and re-fitted. Also installed a new bosch battery and new Silver Samco Boost Hoses, Oil and filter service in April this year (Silkolene Pro S oil).
I Just had the car on rolling road and produced an impressive 398BHP which is testiment to NMS mapping last year. See attached Dyno Print outs.
Transmission:
Recent std gearbox change with New AP 6 paddle clutch, R&B quick shift kit.
Brakes :
Front : AP 6 pots with 356mm discs ( 3000 mile old )
Rear : R&B 300mm rear big disc kit
new flex's all round
Suspension :
Gaz coilovers ( 3000 miles )
polybushed front end
front strut brace.
Wheels :
5 x Speedline 18 RL 7 alloys recently refurbed which are mint, with recent Yoko Parada Spec 2 tyres (done 3000 miles)
Wheels are GRP A fitment and are ET 33 with 20 mm spacers.
Interior :
Full Lux leather in beautiful near mint condition, Autometer Boost gauge in R&B pillar pod, kenwood headunit and 10 disc changer, Hertz components in OE fit door pods.
Exterior :
Recent Ł3000 paint ( all except roof and tailgate! This was done for stone chips only ), RS 500 fog light grills, Small Turbo Mirrors
The car is in beautiful overall condition, mechanically perfect and mainly only used for shows and regional meetings.
