if i remove them bulbs n leave em out shud stop the headlights coming on then?
I would try that. Ive had c few vans at work where the drivers have put bulbs in the rear and when the press the brake the side lights have come on cause they have had single filiment bulbs in as mentioned above.

As mentioned, if it happened immediately after changing the bulb then check the bulb is correct. Also be worth checking the earth point in the boot as i've had weird problems such as all the indicators coming on dimly under braking when my earth had come loose
