ok, so somewhere in the distance past, someone has decided to install c4od on the computer for whatever reason

now the fucker keeps on popping up whenever i turn the computer on so how do i get rid of it?

can't uninstall it as i can't even find the fucker on the computer

and then, i've done an update and it's showing up a crucial update for office, but i don't want to instal it, so how do i turn it off?
